What is the potential of Ag/AgCl electrodes?

There is an excellent Wikipedia page on the subject of silver-silver chloride electrode potential at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silver_chloride_electrode.

However, the standard potential for Ag/AgCl against a standard hydrogen electrode is 230mV ± 10mV.
