What step size should the SF-77 be set to when using theta tubing?

Theta tubing is generally pulled on a standard puller to a tip diameter of approximately 300µm. This yeilds a barrel to barrel spacing of approximately 100 µm.  Therefore a 100 um step will be apropriate for this size theta tubing.
