What is the difference between the Combination Gastroesophageal pH Electrode and the Flexible Combination pH Electrode for Free Flap Surgery?

 
These electrodes differ only in the length of their Flex tube.  The Combination Gastroesophageal pH Electrode has a flex tube of 1 meter, while the Flexible Combination pH electrode for Free Flap Surgery has a flex tube of 3 inches long.
