Can the single pH electrode in 25 gauge needle (part # 690491) be sterilized between uses?

 

Yes, the needle can be sterilized by immersing the tip of the electrode in Chlorox (or use ETO, Ethylene Oxide) and then rinse the tip of the electrode with sterile saline before use. The electrode can be stored dry after cleaning or in a pH 7 buffer.
