Generally speaking, the larger the mass that you are trying to heat, the longer it will take.  Larger objectives will take longer to heat than smaller objectives.  An objective in a turret with many other objectives will also take longer.  Typically, you should expect it to take at least 10 minutes for on objective to reach 37°C using an objective warmer.
