How can a ground wire be attached to a chamber that doesn't have an agar bridge?
A silver-silver chloride ground electrode can be placed directly into the suction well downstream from the sample.
Be aware, however, that if you do not continuously perfuse the sample, the silver wire may be able to contaminate the bath.
