Is there a chamber that can be used to generate a chemical gradient while also perfusing a sample?

We are not aware of a system that has been developed whereby a sample can be perfused while maintaining a well defined gradient. Every method that comes to mind would result in either a poorly defined gradient or a plus/minus chemical step, which is all or nothing.

However, Ibidi sells a chamber that can be used to generate a well defined gradient in a static bath. This is a 1x3 inch chamber that fits onto our CSH-1 platform for warming and viewing under the microscope.
