Is sodium phosphate dibasic a suitable substitute for sodium phosphate tribasic when cleaning bilayer cups and chambers?

While the tribasic salt (TSP) is the clearly effective, a dibasic salt (DSP) can  also work if the concentration is increased slightly. The monobasic salt, however, is pretty much useless.

My best recommendation is to not waste your time with the dibasic or monobasic salts and go directly to the tribasic salt.
