Nothing speaks against the use of #0 thickness glass coverslips with our Series 20 chambers. However, you might want to use a P- or PH- platform with screw-clamps rather than a PM- platform with magnetic clamps. The screw- clamps will allow you to adjust the clamp pressure.

Be careful not to break the glass when pressing the coverslip against the grease layered bottom/top of the chamber.
