Can the leads in the headstage DIN connector be repaired?

Yes. While we can make a repair at the factory, it is a simple enough task that the user can make a repair on-site.

The connector used for most Warner devices (amplifiers, temperature controllers, etc.) are known as DIN type connectors. They can be opened by removing the set-screw on the side and sliding the shield back to reveal the wires inside. (Don't lose the screw as it is metric!)

If the connector itself is broken you can order one from Warner or buy it from your local electronics supply house. (Be sure to note the number of pins on the end so you have a one-to-one match.)
