    Yes, they are made from polycarbonate and should be resistant to EtOH.

    The short answer is that the TSP wash procedure will not remove vacuum grease from plastic. Your best option is to remove the grease by mechanical means (e.g., rub it off with a Kimwipe). You should then be able to clean things up using the TSP wash.
