    A light air bleed is normal. The precision pressure regulators in our injectors continuously bleed a small amount of air to operate correctly. However, if the air leak is loud and heavy, or varies with regulator adjustments, then a worn out regulator is implied.

  2. questionWhy won't the PM-8 Pressure Injector release the cell from the holding pipette even after the RELH has been pressed?
    This is likely due to the hold vacuum being set too high. In general, the hold pressure regulator controls both the hold vacuum as well as the clear-hold pressure.
